Corporation, Hangoromo Foods Corporation.
This
Company produce Tuna food on metal package. Export to Japan, Europe, Asia, and
America. PT ATI employed 3000 workers. 60 Members of Lomenik
supplied by ISS Pasuruan (Denmark

Our Branch office in Pasuruan sending letter to negotiated work contract and
other right in PT. ATI. Workers demand to have permanent contract to PT. ATI.
PT. ATI and PT ISS meet on 16 March 2016 and both agree to fulfill workers
demand.
3. Workers demand to get permanent contract to PT ATI. PT ATI did not agree have direct contract to
them and cut their contract to PT ISS.
4. According to the LAW
13/2003, PT ATI have to employ workers
with permanent contract. Workers working in PT ATI to do permanent job not
temporary job. Also PT ISS as agent never register workers which working in PT
ATI as their workers.

Workers have no
jobs and start to do strike in company, but
Company did not allow them strike inside company location. On Mei until
June They announce strike in Front of
Company level, Three times Police attack the strike with violation.
29 June 2016 they
strike again after having announcement to Manpower Department in Pasuruan.
Again Company not allowed in Company Location and they strike in front of
Company location. Police attack the strike and arrested 24 of workers and
Branch Committee members. Until now they
have not release and police accuse them as suspect to disturb others happiness 335 Criminal Article of Indonesia. ISS and ATI
Company given report to Police that they are
not happy to have strike in the company location and surroundings.
